I just bought my first car with Tim Dahle, and I had the best experience of my life. Fili and the rest of the team took great care of me from the moment I walked through those doors until leaving. They treated me like family and even gave me a loaner vehicle to drive while they fixed the vehicle I had just purchased. Fili and his team were awesome! Save yourself the stress and headache of buying a new vehicle by going to see Fili at Tim Dahle in Murray. You will not regret it!! I wish I had went to Tim Dahle two years ago for my last vehicle. A reasonable charge asked of me by the Tim Dahle service department to have a mechanic conduct an inspection of a vehicle that I was planning to buy -from a small independent car dealership located close by in Murray. The service advisor, Dylan, was a very affable chap who streamlined the process and at its conclusion then allowed me to additionally tap into his personal experience with the kind of car that I'm seeking to buy a (2018 Nissan frontier). Despite the car's health assessment proving less than perfect - as supplied by a reasonably comprehensive workshop technicians commentary accompanying the video he captured essentially all beneath the car up on a hoist above him video - this was in addition to a manually written up report, the combination of these items of information gave me sufficient confidence to proceed with the purchase. Further I was able to use the knowledge gained from that as a basis for negotiating a minor cost down on the purchase price of the vehicle. Definitively valuable knowledge to bring along with me into becoming the owner of this truck, so in the near future, being able to leverage on understanding that while I have some under-carriage repairs to turn to before too long, this vehicle is more than likely not going to be any kind of a lemon. Well worth my effort and time to achieve this outcome.

As a first time buyer this was the best experience I could have imagined. Josh took good care of me and got me my dream car. There's a reason his nickname is Thor. He was my mightiest hero today.

They could be a little faster with the car service, even though I had a scheduled appointment. However, I have to say that the person who helped me, Tony, was very kind and helpful. It was my first time there, and he was very friendly, attentive, and made the experience much better.

Fili was our sales agent. He is very knowledgeable, honest . Very patient and friendly. He wasn’t pushy, he helped us find the perfect car for our family. Great personnel from the service writer to office people. Provided an Uber to my home and pick up to take me back to get my vehicle. The work on my vehicle was top notch and included extras such as tire pressure check. It’s obvious that Tim Dahle Nissan knows what customer service means. I’ve always had a very good experience with your service department.
