I was a walk in customer having an oil change. They were breaking polite and estimated about an hour wait. After an hour and 40 minutes I walked outside where I found my car sitting where they bring completed cars. I had to run down my service guy and get checked out. I felt like my car had been completed sometime earlier and they were just too busy with others to get me checked out more quickly! The link indicating progress was not showing movement but my car was complete.

From beginning to end, it was a great experience! I had an issue with my Rogue that another Nissan dealership was unable or unwilling to fix. Tim Dahle Nissan took care of it for me!
