I have purchased 5 cars from Tim Dahle Nissan in Murray. This experience was no exception from the rest. Exceptional service, and attention to every detail. Kevin was an outstanding salesman. This is the reason I buy cars at Tim Dahle Nissan Murray.
I was a walk in customer having an oil change. They were breaking polite and estimated about an hour wait. After an hour and 40 minutes I walked outside where I found my car sitting where they bring completed cars. I had to run down my service guy and get checked out. I felt like my car had been completed sometime earlier and they were just too busy with others to get me checked out more quickly! The link indicating progress was not showing movement but my car was complete.
Had a great experience buying my car at Tim Dahle Nissan Murray. Jayden (Shamy) was courteous, helpful and professional from the start to finish. He was quick to get questions answered and hunted down cars to test drive without disappearing at length. I appreciated the no pressure sales approach very much – among the reasons I ended up buying there. Very knowledgeable and easy to get answers from and upfront! Advised where to go to feel out the cars for the test drives. Was not in a rush or pushy! Very nice/honest/upfront disposition. Negotiated a price I was satisfied with! Helped me get all the features and electronics set up before leaving. Victor in finance was courteous and knowledgeable/helpful as well. Would buy from again. I do love this Nissan!
Oscar Mancilla is the best! So friendly, so knowledgeable. I usually hate buying cars, but Oscar made it such an enjoyable experience. If you’re looking for your next car, go see Oscar, you’ll be happy you did.
