My sentra was recalled. Making the appointment was relatively easy . I took my car into the Murray Nissan dealership to have the recalled parts replaced..I was pleasantly surprised !IT ONLY TOOK 3 HOURS..I left my car and got a ride home just before 9am and recieved a text at just before noon that the car fi is he'd and ready to be picked up. Thank you for not being an all day wait..and for having the parts ready.

Fantastic dealership and an all-around wonderful experience! From the very beginning, the receptionist was incredibly friendly and accommodating. After speaking with her on the phone to schedule my appointment, I already had a feeling I was in good hands. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by several employees who directed us to the service department. Juan, the mechanic, was especially helpful. He gave us an estimated timeframe and even arranged a complimentary Lyft ride for us while we waited. I brought my new vehicle in for a recall and inspection, and I really appreciated how transparent and honest they were throughout the entire process. Thankfully, the car was in great condition, and they even finished earlier than expected! This was genuinely the best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and helpful from start to finish. Thank you for making the entire process so easy and stress-free!

From beginning to end, it was a great experience! I had an issue with my Rogue that another Nissan dealership was unable or unwilling to fix. Tim Dahle Nissan took care of it for me!

I bought my first Nissan car a couple weeks ago, and it did need work done that I did not know about. They were very good about informing me about what I needed to do and not do and they were also very friendly , they were able to do an oil change and look out through my entire car within a day. If you do have a Nissan I would definitely recommend this dealership because they were amazing to work with and their customer services were amazing and on point as well. Definitely will be coming back here for the service again when I need it.

I have always been treated amazingly at this dealership! I bought my car way back in 2019 for an amazing price from Karl Nygard and never had problems with it besides basic maintenance, oil change Etc. However just recently I had my AC finally go out in my car(after all these years - 2012 camry)and I got went to Pep Boys and got it diagnosed, they stated it needed a recharge but quoted me $422 for that, so i got it recharged at Burt Brothers for $180, the next day after it was recharged it still blew hot after. So I took it back to Burt Brothers and they quoted me $690 to fix my expansion valve (where I had a pinhole leak). I called Nissan and Dylan in service was able to get it done for me for $300... I will never not go to this dealership they're amazing! (:
